Fat Ticker Friday

Our Internet has been down all morning. Now it's only working intermittently. I'm not even sure this will post.

I lost a pound this week. Yay! On one hand I'm happy about that and then again I'm not happy too. I exercised Tuesday (ran 3 miles), Wednesday (ran 2 miles), Thursday (30 minute high impact aerobics) and was pretty good with eating. Only cheated one time and that was cheese and crackers on Wednesday night and it wasn't like I ate ALL the cheese. So I thought I'd lose more. But I guess I should quit complaining and take my one pound and run (maybe literally). At least I didn't gain. I need to work out more next week.

Monday I have a 1st grade class meeting for my older sons school, so no working out that day (can I just say that I'm really tired of these "school meeting". ENOUGH ALREADY!). Fridays are tough because the Little Man has gym. So I need to find an alternate time on Monday and Friday to fit in some exercise. If I don't do it first thing in the morning, I usually don't do it. So I must make the time.

So I'm trying for at least another pound loss next week.
